This recipe makes 7 loaves of bread.

1 quart milk

1 cup sugar

1 stick butter

2 pkgs dry yeaste

2 eggs

1tbsp. salt

10-12 cups all-purpose flour

Put yeaste in cup of warm water and let dissolve. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, yeaste, salt. Work in flour and milk. Cover in frig. overnight. Turn oven on warm and then turn off, put bread in loaf pans and let sit in warm oven for a while. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes for each loaf. Be sure and use a large container when you put flour in fridge as it will rise quite a bit. Hope this helps and makes great bread. You can freeze the loaves or they make great gifts.
