McDonald's Filet-O-Fish sandwiches.
i would use them as a sandwich or on a bun....i would try to use them as a crumb topping on something, just cut them on top of a casserole or something, not crumb it of course!
I like to lightly brown them , then serve them onto of a nice salad. Quick and easy does it.

I'd say fish tacos too. I made some from scratch the other day, but fish sticks would work too.
Fry some fish sticks, and eat them as a sandwich with some mayo. Your cardiologist will thank me.
