One of my favorites is one that I call 3-2-1 bread. Three cups flour, 2 Tbsp. sugar, one (12 oz.) beer. I can't remember the temp or time on the baking right off the top of my head right now. You can toss whatever else you like in there. Cheese, olives, dried fruit, diced chiles, you name it. I'll guess 365F for an hour, check on it every once in a while.
not quick but the recipe on the link below is INCREDIBLE. so so easy, no mess however it is not quick.
