Is there an easy recipe for wheat free bread and/or pasta out there?

My wife has a wheat allergy, and I have completely failed to find a workable alternative.Is there an easy recipe for wheat free bread and/or pasta out there?
Fortunately the options have improved greatly over the years. I used to have to bake my own bread but there are wheat free breads made with spelt or kamut that actually taste good.





Same with pastas, they have brown rice, corn, etc pastas - ready made.





I don't know where you live but in Calgary Community Natural Foods has an excellent selection. There is also a store called Planet Organic which has stores in several provinces. We also have a bakery called Lakeview Bakery that makes many wheat free bakery products. They will ship their products.Is there an easy recipe for wheat free bread and/or pasta out there?
