I just put a loaf in mine! I use it at least once a week.
1.25 cups warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3.5 cups bread flour
2 tsp. yeast
Put it in in that order. Put it on the dough setting. When it beeps, add dried parsley, oregano, garlic powder, and onion powder. When it's done (I always give it another hour or so, it won't deflate if you don't peek.) roll or knead it out, roll it up to make French bread, put it on a sheet pan, brush with beaten egg whites, water, or melted butter, and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes and check on it.
It also makes excellent bread for pizza bread or stuffed bread.
I can tell you a little secret about baking your bread try and get yeast that is used in school cafeteria its san-feist for industrial use makes a lot of difference. The recipes in the book are alright. your water should be the temp. just like when you give a baby a bath bake up a storm . watch for your neighbors they will be a knocking at the door when they smell it in the air
