Does anyone know the recipe for Mexican bread called semita de manteca?

Well ';Semita';=Semitic and ';Manteca';=butter, so I'm guessing this refers to the Jewish unleavened bread that Mexicans eat:

Take two cups of flour, a cup or less of water, a few tablespoons of butter or olive oil and mix with a half cup to two thirds cup each of raisins and pecans. Then you knead and bake unleavened at 350 degrees until lightly browned and easy to chew.Does anyone know the recipe for Mexican bread called semita de manteca?
I have no idea, but will check back for the ingredients, and possibly recipe.
