Bread maker recipe?

What is your favorite bread maker recipe? Not looking for just a recipe.I am looking for one that you and your family love to eat.Bread maker recipe?
Potato Bread





1 2/3 cups water


¼ cup vegetable oil


¼ cup sugar


2 teaspoons salt


1 ½ tablespoons lemon zest


¾ teaspoon white pepper


1 tablespoon dried minced onions


¾ cup potato flakes


4 cups bread flour


2 teaspoons Quick-Rise Yeast





Bread Machine Method:





1. Have all liquid ingredients at 80 degrees or higher.





2. Have all other ingredients at room temperature.





3. Place ingredients in pan in the order listed





4. Select Basic or Whit Bread cycle and medium/normal crust.








Honey Whole Wheat Bread





1/3 cup water


2/3 cup milk


1 beaten egg


3 tablespoons vegetable oil


6 tablespoons honey


2 teaspoons salt


1 1/3 cups whole-wheat flour


2 2/3 cups bread flour


2 teaspoons Quick-Rise Yeast





Bread Machine Method:





1. Have liquid ingredients at least 80 degrees and all other ingredients at room temperature.





2. Place ingredients in pan in the order listed.





3. Select Basic or White Bread cycle at medium crust.





4. Do not use the delay timer.








Rustic Italian Bread





1 cup water heated to 120-130 degrees F


2 Tablespoons olive oil


3 cups Bread Flour


2 teaspoons sugar


½ teaspoon salt


2 teaspoons dry active yeast


1 beaten egg white


Cornmeal





Bread Machine Directions:





1. Place all ingredients (in order listed above), except cornmeal and egg white in bread machine; process on dough setting.





2. Sprinkle ungreased cookie sheet with cornmeal.





3. At end of dough cycle, remove dough from machine and place on a lightly floured surface.





4. Punch down dough (if dough is sticky, knead in additional flour before shaping).





5. Cover dough with a clean cloth and let rest for 15 minutes.





6. Shape dough into baguette-shaped loaf about 12” long.





7. Place loaf on cornmeal-coated cookie sheet and cover.





8. Let dough rise in warm place (80-85 degrees) for 20 to 30 minutes or until light and doubled in size.





9. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.





10. With sharp knife, make 1 deep lengthwise slash in top of loaf.





11. Brush loaf with egg white.





12. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until loaf sound hollow when lightly tapped.Bread maker recipe?
