Does anyone know the exact recipe for making dominoes cheesy bread?

I guess it would have to be from someone who's worked there. :)Does anyone know the exact recipe for making dominoes cheesy bread?
its basically, pizza dough with the Parmesan cheese baked on it....





what i have done is, i get ready made pizza dough..cut it in strips roll it in melted garlic butter with a little bit of italian seasoning then Parmesan cheese...bake 450 for about 10-12 minutes...when i take it out i sprinkle a little more cheese on it the heat will make it stick...

Most of these chain places don't make too many things fresh. This bread probably arrives frozen and the employees just bake it.
Not sure sorry but I would be EXTREMELY grateful if you could pass it on when you find it out :D
