I need a good recipe that uses sourdough starter but isn't bread?

i have accumulated a massive, healthy sourdough starter colony that i really want to do something with, but every time i bake bread it ends in tragedy.I need a good recipe that uses sourdough starter but isn't bread?

What makes you think the healthy sourdough starter is healthy when you have a tragedy with every attempt to bake bread?... If the reason you have a massive quantity is because you are not throwing out or using half of your starter with every feeding, you may need a new home soon! ... Report Abuse
