Trying to spice up a recipe for bread. What happens if I put dill in my dough and let it rise for 24 hrs?

I've heard that dill dough can be quite tasty. Something about the accompanying flavors make for a tasty combination. Please let me know how your dill bread tastes, I'd love to know for future reference!Trying to spice up a recipe for bread. What happens if I put dill in my dough and let it rise for 24 hrs?
Letting dough rise for 24hrs is a long ferment time and dont forget about knock back, 3/4 of the time thru the ferment time. this allows the gases to escape and the protein to start working again. also adding any flavourings at knock back time, such as fruit, spices, herbs, garlic etc will ensure the yeast isnt damaged as some additives can kill the yeast. i hope that made sense!Trying to spice up a recipe for bread.
