Banana Banana Bread

Original recipe yield 1 - 9x5 inch loaf
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

Creamy Banana Bread
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Cream the butter or margarine and cream cheese together. Gradually add the white sugar, and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and soda; mix until batter is just moist.
In a small bowl, mix together chopped pecans, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Divide 1/2 batter into two greased and floured 8x4 inch loaf pans. Sprinkle pecan mixture over batter in pans, and top with remaining batter.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.What is the best recipe banana bread?

1 1/2 cups a/p flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp (heaping) cinnamon
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 oil
Spray bottom of 4x15 bread pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350F.
Whisk the first four ingredients together in a large glass bowl and make well in center. Combine the last four ingredients in seperate bowl until mixed. Pour banana mixture all at once into flour mixture and fold until just blended.
Bake in 350F oven 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted NEAR center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely. Wrap in plastic wrap/aluminum foil and let sit for 12-24 hours for best texture.
